DVLA Services Update 30th March -1st April

Some DVLA online vehicle services will be unavailable on Sunday 30 March, Monday 31 March and Tuesday 1 April 2025.

Between 6:50am and 9:30am on Sunday 30 March, you will not be able to use their online services to:

• Tell DVLA you’ve sold, transferred or bought a vehicle
• Change your address on your vehicle log book (V5C)
• Get a vehicle log book (V5C)
• Pay a DVLA fine
• Get a clamped or impounded vehicle released

Post Office services will also be unavailable during this time.

Between 11:30pm on Monday 31 March and 2:30am on Tuesday 1 April, you will not be able to use the DVLA's online services to:

• Pay a DVLA fine
• Get a clamped or impounded vehicle released
• Tax your vehicle
• Register your vehicle as off the road (SORN)
• DVLA’s vehicle tax service (0300 123 4321) will also be unavailable during this time.
