M25 J10: Upcoming closures

Please consider these closures when planning your journey.
National Highways overnight closures usually start from 10pm and finish by 5.30am Monday to Thursday, and from 11pm Friday to finish by 6am on Saturday. These times can vary depending on the volume of traffic and when they can close the road safely.
Monday 10 and Tuesday 11 February 2025: overnight A245 closure and temporary signals
For two nights, the A245 will be closed in both directions between the Painshill Roundabout and the Seven Hills Road junction. The Seven Hills Road junction will also have temporary traffic signals to allow technology work to take place. Following Tuesday night’s closure, the current lane restriction on the eastbound A245 approach to Seven Hills Road will be removed.
The closure and traffic signals will be in place at the following times:
- From 10pm Monday 10 February until 5.30am Tuesday 11 February 2025
- From 10pm Tuesday 11 February until 5.30am Wednesday 12 February 2025
Diversion: A245 traffic will be diverted via the B365 Seven Hills Road, towards the A317 Queens Road, onto the A244 Esher Road, along Lammas Lane, the onto the A307 Portsmouth Road in both directions.
Wednesday 12 to Friday 14 February 2025: overnight clockwise M25 entry slip and lane closures
For three nights, the clockwise M25 entry slip road will be closed at Junction 10, this includes the northbound A3 to the clockwise M25 free-flowing jet lane. In addition, lanes 1 and 2 on the clockwise M25 will be closed through junction 10.
The closures will be in place from:
- 10pm on Wednesday 12 February until 5.30am on Thursday 13 February
- 10pm on Thursday 13 February until 5.30am on Friday 14 February
- 11pm on Friday 14 February until 6am on Saturday 15 February
Diversion: via the A3 northbound to the A245 at Painshill, west on the A245 towards Byfleet, then north on the A320 to M25 junction 11.
Saturday 15 February 2025: extended overnight A3 closure For one night, from 9pm on Saturday 15 February until 9am on Sunday 16 February, the A3 will be closed in both directions between the junction 10 interchange and the B2215/A247 at Send. This is to carry out a concrete pour to the recently installed Cockcrow heathland bridge. Access for staff to the BP and other local services will be maintained during these times.
Diversions
- Southbound A3 main diversion: via eastbound (anticlockwise) M25 to junction 9, A243, A246, A247 to rejoin the southbound A3.
- Southbound A3 non-motorway diversion: via northbound A3, A245, A307, A309, A243, A246, A247 to rejoin the southbound A3.
- Northbound A3 main diversion: via B2215, A247, A246, A24, A243, join westbound (clockwise) M25 at junction 9, rejoin northbound A3 at junction 10.
- Northbound A3 non-motorway diversion: via B2215, A247, A246, A24, A243, A307, A245 to rejoin the northbound A3 at the Painshill junction
