National Highways M25J10-A3 Updates

These are the planned closures for week commencing 28 October. Please consider these closures when planning your journey.
National Highways overnight closures usually start from 10pm and finish by 5.30am Monday to Thursday and from 11pm Friday to finish by 6am on Saturday. These times can vary depending on the volume of traffic and when they can close the road safely.
A3 Northbound closure 28 October – 1 November
Overnight between 10pm and 5.30am Monday 28 October to Thursday 31 October the A3 northbound carriageway will be closed at M25 Junction 10. Traffic will be diverted via the exit slip via the roundabout re-joining the A3 northbound using the entry slip from the Junction 10 gyratory.
A3 Southbound closure 28 October – 1 November
Overnight between 10pm and 5.30am Monday 28 October to Thursday 31 October the A3 Southbound carriageway will be closed between M25 Junction 10 & the A247 Send. Traffic will be diverted via the M25 Eastbound to Junction 9, then southbound via the A243, continue onto the A24 to Givons Grove Roundbaout and join the A246 Westbound, then turn northbound on the A247 and re-join the A3 at Send.
The A3 Southbound carriageway will be closed overnight at the M25 Junction 10 between 11pm and 6am Friday 1 November. Diversion is the same as above
Ockham roundabout works 28 October to 30 October
Overnight between 10pm and 5.30am Monday 28 October to Wednesday 30 October Ockham roundabout will be partially closed to allow for works to open the new Wisley lane access road. All traffic leaving Ripley village will be diverted onto the A3 northbound. Ockham Road North will also be closed at the junction with Guilleshill Road.
Diversions are as follows:
Ockham Road North traffic to travel southbound on B2039 onto Ockham Rd South via A246 the A247 to B2215 via Ripley to Ockham Roundabout:
Traffic leaving Ripley and travelling to Ockham Road North will join the A3 Northbound to the M25 Junction 10, then join the main diversion for the A3 Southbound to East Horsley and head Northbound on the B2039 Ockham Road South.
A245 Overnight closure: 29 October - 30 October
Overnight between 10pm and 5.30am, Tuesday 29 October and Wednesday 30 October the A245 will be closed in both directions between Painshill roundabout and Seven Hills Road.
The diversion for this is:
Via the B365 Seven Hills Rd, towards the A317 Queens Road, onto the A244 Esher Road, along Lammas Lane, the onto the A307 Portsmouth Road in both directions.
M25 J10-11 closure Saturday 2 November
The M25 will be closed overnight in both directions on Saturday 2 November between Junction 10 and Junction 11 to facilitate installation of a new footbridge. The timings for this closure are different from our usual overnight work and will be from 9pm on Saturday 2 November until 10am on Sunday 3 November. These timings are necessary due to the complex logistics required to install the bridge.
M25 Clockwise Traffic will be diverted at J10 northbound onto the A3, leave at Painshill Roundabout, join the A245 westbound then continue northbound on the A320 to re-join at Junction 11. The anti-clockwise diversion is the reverse.
A245 Old Byfleet Road Monday 28 October to 4 November
On Monday 28 October at 9:30am – Old Byfleet road will be closed at the junction with the A245. This will restrict access to FeltonFleet school, however National Highways will provide limited, escorted access where required.
From Monday 4 November, access to Old Byfleet Road/FeltonFleet school from the A245 Westbound will remain as per previous arrangements, (see above), however traffic movements will be via a newly constructed exit road which joins Seven Hills Road South. This will become the permanent arrangement for all traffic leaving.
A245 Byfleet Road Sunday 3 November – Monday 4 November
On Sunday 3 November from 8am overnight to Monday 4 November at 6am temporary traffic signals will be installed on the junction of A245 Byfleet Road and Seven Hills Road.
