M25 J10 : Junction 10 Slip Road Closures

Posted in General News on Wednesday, September 18th, 2024

National Highways is delivering the M25 Junction 10 upgrade scheme which is due to finish in the summer of 2025. As part of this scheme, they need to construct a new central gyratory to increase capacity for vehicles moving between the M25 and A3.

To safely complete this work, National Highways will be closing the existing roundabout slip roads over several weekends to construct the new jet lanes (the new dedicated left turn lanes in each direction) and connect the new bridges into what will become the new gyratory.

9pm Friday 4 October to 6am Monday 7 October
9pm Friday 18 October to 6am Monday 21 October
9pm Friday 1 November to 6am Monday 4 November – M25 anticlockwise to the junction 10 interchange only for this closure

The M25 and A3 will remain open during the gyratory closures, but you will not be able to move between the two roads via the on or off slip roads at the junction 10 Wisley interchange.

Diversions will be in place to assist people with their journeys, enabling travel in all directions.   Please refer to the National Highways website for more details www.nationalhighways.co.uk/m25j10 or please see below. The completion and opening of the jet lane are a key milestone to the project and will improve movements in all directions around Junction 10. They expect delays which they apologise for.
