M25 J10 : Upcoming Closures : Week Commencing Monday 8 June

Drivers travelling around the M25 Junction 10 and A3 corridor should be aware of a series of overnight closures taking place during the week commencing Monday 8 June 2026 as part of the ongoing improvement works.

If you're planning to travel through the area, it's important to factor these closures into your journey plans. While the times listed below are scheduled, closure periods may vary depending on traffic conditions and when it is safe for crews to close the road.

Overnight Closures Schedule

Monday 8 June (10:00pm – 5:30am)
Portsmouth Road Closure

Portsmouth Road will be closed between Ripley and Ockham Roundabout for one night.

Diversion Route:

Traffic will be diverted via Clandon Road (A247), joining the A3 towards Burpham. Drivers should then use Clay Lane to rejoin the northbound A3 towards Junction 10 (Wisley) before returning southbound on the A3 to Ockham.

Tuesday 9 June and Wednesday 10 June (10:00pm – 5:30am)
Northbound A3 Exit Slip Closure

The northbound A3 exit slip road to M25 Junction 10 will be closed for two nights.

Diversion Route:

Traffic will continue northbound on the A3 to Painshill, where drivers can safely turn around and return to their intended route.

Thursday 11 June and Friday 12 June
M25 Clockwise Lane Closure

A single lane will be closed on the clockwise carriageway of the M25 between Cobham Services and Junction 11.

Thursday 11 June: 10:00pm – 5:30am
Friday 12 June: 11:00pm – 6:00am

The M25 clockwise carriageway will remain open throughout these works, and no diversion route will be required.

Plan Ahead

Motorists are encouraged to allow extra time for their journeys and check traffic conditions before travelling. These works form part of the ongoing M25 Junction 10 improvement scheme, designed to improve safety and traffic flow in the area.

National Highways has apologised in advance for any inconvenience caused and is asking local organisations, businesses and residents to help spread awareness of the closures.
