Overnight Closures and Traffic Management Planned Around M25 Junction 10

Posted in News on Friday, May 29th, 2026

Drivers travelling around the M25 Junction 10 and A3 area next week are being advised to plan ahead as a series of overnight closures and traffic management measures are scheduled to take place.

According to National Highways, the works will involve lane closures, slip road closures and temporary traffic signals between Monday and Friday.

A245 and Hilton Hotel Access

For one night only on Monday 1 June, a lane on the westbound A245 will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5.30am. During this time, the exit slip to Seven Hills Road South, which provides access to the Hilton Hotel, will also be closed.

Drivers travelling to the Hilton Hotel will be diverted via the A245, Red Hill Road and the B365 (PMA).

Traffic leaving the Hilton Hotel to join the A245 will not be affected and will remain open as normal.

M25 Clockwise Lane Closures

Also on Monday 1 June, there will be an overnight lane closure on the clockwise M25 between Cobham Services and Junction 10.

The closure will be in place from 10pm until 5.30am. National Highways has confirmed that the M25 clockwise carriageway itself will remain open throughout the works.

A3 Northbound Exit Slip Closure

For five nights from Monday to Friday, the northbound A3 exit slip at Junction 10 of the M25 will be closed overnight.

Closures will operate:
Monday to Thursday: 10pm to 5.30am
Friday: 11pm to 6am

Drivers affected by the closure will be diverted northbound along the A3 to Painshill, where they can safely turn around and return.

Temporary Traffic Signals Through Ripley

Motorists travelling through Ripley Village should also expect delays as two-way temporary traffic signals will be in operation overnight for five consecutive nights.
The temporary signals will run from Monday to Friday between 10pm and 5.30am.
High Street and Portsmouth Road will remain open during these works.

National Highways Advice

National Highways has apologised in advance for any inconvenience caused and is encouraging drivers to allow extra time for journeys and follow signed diversion routes where necessary.
Updates on the project and closures can be found via the National Highways South East social media channels and on the M25 Junction 10 project page.

Members of the public with questions about the closures or wider scheme can contact the National Highways Customer Contact Centre on 0300 123 5000 or by emailing info@nationalhighways.co.uk.
