Under new regulations which are set to be introduced from 20th May this year vehicle faults detected during MoTs will be separated into three categories, dangerous, major and minor. Any vehicle with a fault that is deemed to be a dangerous or major fault will automatically fail its MoT.

B2V Technology could Change the Way We Drive

The Japanese vehicle manufacturer, Nissan, has recently announced a new type of assistive technology called Brain to Vehicle otherwise known as B2V. Once it has been installed into vehicles the idea is that the technology will allow the vehicle to process signals from the drivers brain with the primary function of speeding up driver reaction times.

Highways England has recently taken over the running of the Severn Crossing and consequently the toll for private cars to cross the bridges was reduced from £6.70 to £5.60. By the end of this year the Severn Crossing tolls are expected to be abolished completely.
